- Must be paid for in full at time of purchase
- Horses must be a least 1 year of age to participate
- Horses without previous vaccination history will require booster vaccinations that are not included with this program
- Price covers clinic visits
- Does not include mileage & farm call fees
- Once purchased, package is non-refundable, no substitutions will be allowed and all services must be used within a calendar year
- Dental work includes basic sedation, a complete oral exam, and basic performance float
- Does not include advanced work such as advanced sedation, nerve blocks, extractions, or radiographs
- Strangles titers, Strangles vaccinations, and PHF vaccinations are not included
- If the horse dies while participating in the program, a prorated refund will be given

- Emergencies are defined by the On-Call Vet on a case-by-case basis

- Haul-in help , if needed, Indiana Area Equine Networking with the Magic Horse Fairy
- Telemedicine may be provided in specific situations; Fees apply
- Payment Due In Full at Time of Service
